+ Photos: Oriental Architecture, East Asia

Once you travel to Vietnam, you will see a messy architectural style here. Nothing is clear and most of everything is horribly mixed up, especially for those private houses.
Being influenced by the Chinese for a thousand years and by the French for a few hundred years, Vietnamese architecture has become like this. Many contemporary houses are ugly with unclear design styles (not even mentioned about the Soviet Style yet).
However, older constructions seem to be quite interesting, you will see the original Chinese architectural style, Gothic or Baroque style, French colonial style, and also the very well mixed style (between French colonial and many Eastern patterns) by E. Hebrard.
In this post, I want to put some photos, that to me, are the interesting Eastern Asian Architectural impressions (Chinese actually).
